New guy needs a little help with an AOD problem. It will not downshift into 1st gear; it is starting out in 2nd gear unless you manually put it into 1st. The transmission shifts fine, all 4 gears after that. When it starts in 2nd, it will shift into 3rd and OD no problem. It just won't down shift all the way to 1st gear. Transmission is rebuilt, fluid and filter are brand new. TV cable is adjusted with a pressure gauge. It's in a 56 f100 behind a '93 5.0 HO engine. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated...
