Cam phasers

I have a check engine light on in my 2005 ford f150. I have 4 codes for the cam phasers I am wondering what it could be. I had the cam phasers done 2 years ago and just got the codes on my truck.

Check the VVT solenoid screens , they can become plugged and cause similar problems. The CORRECT MOTOR OIL and change schedule are critical to the system functioning correctly.
