For the last 10 years I have owned older Landcruisers and had a ball owning them. However, now I am selling my 82 fj40 and a 78 project we have. In the last year I have rekindled my passion to own older Ford trucks. My wife has a 1965 f100 which she absolutely loves. Unfortunately where we live it gets stored in the winter. I purchased a couple of project trucks recently. The 1979 f250 I purchased last fall and stored this winter due to lack of space just left the house on trailer for its new buyer. The ''beast'' required little more love then I could provide it with my schedule so I took a hit and sold it to nice young man who needed it. 2 weeks ago I purchased a 1975 highboy which I was very excited about then I went to car auction last weekend and purchased my dream truck. The highboy was sold couple days ago to friend of mine locally.

I purchased a 1979 F150 short box last weekend. I've got to get it shipped here so I can get better tires on her and make it my daily driver. I'm a Oklahoma State Alum and the 1/99 Coral colored trucks in 1979 was simply too much to pass up. I'm drooling for opportunity to drive it. Gonna put MSD ignition in it as soon as it gets here.

Looking forward to learning from other members of this forum.

I have a passion for the 70’s Ford iron. Great platform, easy to work on and reliable..
