Default F-250 Internal Slave Cylinder

Hey guys!

So with the internal slave cylinder on my 88 F-250 how does one go about bleeding? It has been asked before but I have seen many different things about it. Mine does NOT have a bleeder nipple like on a brake caliper instead, it has a long bolt look to it. Don't know how else to explain it. Can I put a clear hose over the hole and crack it open and bleed it like brakes? Should I crack it and gravity bleed? Any info would be awesome!!
