Ford radio I bought this used and the names of the people I bought it from still on sync3 tried master reset didn't work pulled fuses didn't work even disconnected battery no changes now what should I do

 

On vehicles after 2008 the radio is one of the modules in the vehicle network. You might consider reinstalling the original radio and see if the system will work again.

WE just can't do the things with newer vehicles that we were able to do with older vehicles that contained less electronics.
