Default F150 towing

I have 1/2 ton f150 v6 5spd 2wd. I was wondering if this vehicle has the capability to pull my 22' renken cuddy cabin boat...... with my main concern of pulling it out of the water. Can she do it?

According to the owners manual, (guessing at year and body) if it is between 2000 to 3600 pounds that is the recommended towing capacity. That is dependant upon the rear end gearing and either standard or super cab body.
