Default Ford E-250 Question

I need to mount an antenna on my beautiful 2007 Ford E-250 Econoline conversion van. The top is fiberglass so a magnetic antenna base is out. Anyone already find a mount for the side mirror and a CB antenna they can recommend. Any and I mean any suggestions are welcome. My CB radio is a President McKinley. Lack of a negative ground is a real problem for me. Thanks in advance. Out here.

I'm in the same boat.

Im installing a President Bill in my 2017 F250, aluminum body. Most antenna bases don't need a body ground, the coax supplies the grounding. Going to use the President New York magnetic antenna, and either bond it to the glass, or, apply/bond a metal plate to the rear roof panel. Then, magnetic hold to the plate without damage to the paint or panels.
