I have a 1966 289 Mustang A code car. I need to decide what heads I'm using to put on this motor. I have three sets of heads. I have a set of C60E 289 heads (1966), D00E 302(1970) heads, and some C90E 351W heads. All need rebuilt so it's a wash for me. Although, I don't have the head bolts for the Windsor heads. Valves are bigger on the 351. Is this a distinct advantage to use these and warrant getting the head bolts? The 289 heads are not original to this motor. Thanks for your time.
