I have a 1997 F 150 4.6 2wd. Had to replace brake rotor, caliper on right side. Both rear wheel cyclinders, master brake cyclinder and booster. I bled system and I am confident they are no air in the lines. Problem is the brake pedal is low to the floor. The back brakes are adjusted so they barely drag drum. How do I get pedal up?

sometimes the brake fluid is low in the master cylinder and if you replaced that as you said there might still be some air in the master cylinder if you didn't bench bleed it first.

Could I ask why you replaced the booster?
