I have a 2010 f150 supercrew. The problem is when u have 1/2 or less in the tank and abt 100 miles left to empty and the truck is on a forward decline the gas gauge drops. When u get back to level playing ground the gas estimator does not recalculate what u lost. Ford has no answer to this. The only way to get a new reading is to put gas in the tank, but is it an actual reading with the gas u just lost.

Also does anyone have squeaking brakes. A 36,000 dollar vehicle and the brakes squeak.

Well, you can do whatever you wish. This problem does sound just like one of Ford's gas gauge strategies. No, I'm not lying. I have a 2011 Edge that doesn't show full after a refill of > then 15% with the key off, which is when the gauge is supposed to read the acutal amount.
You could have the truck checked out to make sure the gauge circut doesn't have a problem (most of which, if severe enough most likely would have turned on the CEL or really bad gauge problem).
There is a TSB that sounds like the problem you're having, which involves a reflash of the instrument cluster. You might call a dealer with your VIN to verify the build date.
And if the truck has more then 12,000 miles on it or the warranty start date if more then one year, the brakes are most likely not going to be covered under any conditions. You can check on that also. Some brake noise on these is perfectly normal with the materials we're forced to use today.
