Gauge issues on 1989 E-150

Gauge issues on 1989 E-150
Hello everyone.
I have an 1989 E-150 (bought it new) and the oil pressure and the temperature
Gauge will peg out to the high side simultaneously but usually return to normal in 10-15 minutes, though not always
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
