Default Hello All

Buster here,
Happy to find this forum.
Hoping folks can help me find some answers or at least I can see I'm not alone in somethings I've been experiencing. I bought a 2020 Escape over the summer and it had so many faults and errors that after 6 months the dealership finally caved and replaced the car. Could not have been more happy with about it and I figured what could go wrong and what are the odds right? Big mistake apparently. I've always had such good track record with my Fords but the 2020 Escape has not been the case.
My replacement was fine up day TWO (yep on my second day) and they had to replace some parts that went bad for part of the fuel injection system, I was without it for one month and in a rental. Not happy at all here, but I dealt with it. Then everything was fun until about 3 weeks ago when suddenly we were driving and the only way I know how to describe my new problem, it felt like we ran over a log or hit something BIG. I panicked, stopped and went back, nothing in the road, not a dang thing. About a couple of days ago, same thing. It's like you're hitting something, the car just has a big clunk, chunk or chug, don't know how else to explain it. Today when I went to change the drive mode (while driving) into sport mode, the car did that same behavior pretty badly but not to the degree as before. Any thoughts folks? I can already see this conversation when I take it in next week to ford.. "we can't find anything"...

I'd appreciate any feedback. Hope my question and explanation of what's going on makes sense.

Thanks, Buster
