Question Hey Everybody - and a question.

I'm Melissa and I'm new to the site. I'm from NJ and own a 1993 Ford Mustang - 4Cyl. I've been a Ford girl for as long as I can remember and my car hasn't let me down, 17 years old with 146,000 on it and about 35-40000 of those miles I've put on it in the 3 years that I've owned it. The reason I signed up for the site is that yesterday, my cars check engine light came on. My friend came over with a scanner and it was throwing 6 different codes:

Key On Engine Off:
124, 223, and 224

Key On Engine Running:
412, 411, 538

We found a list of codes, and 3 of them have to do with the car not being able to register RPMs at any level, the others we're kind of clueless on. Pretty sure I have to replace the Throttle Position Sensor, but that is about as far as our research lead us.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Go to this site and scroll down to the 3 digit codes. You need to replace the Idle Speed Control and possibly the coil.
