I have an 01 crown Vic. I

was fueling up today when I noticed a little hose that is near where you put the nozzle in and it was just pouring out gas as I was pumping. Gas still got in, but it’s almost like a run off. Never had that issue before and I don’t see anywhere it would connect to. Anyone know what this little hose is and how do I get it to stop pouring out gas as I’m pumping. It only does that when I’m putting gas in
