IM A NEW FORD OWNER AND NEED SOME HELP

I jus bought a 88 Thunderbird Its got the digital Speedo It is really dim and soo is the radio display..........I try turing on the lights everthing else lights up but the radio and speedo is still dim what could be cusing this .........SHORT FUSE RELAY what I need help quick
