Hello all, new to Forum.
I would like advice on what I would do for drive train. I have a 1971 Mustang Coupe, 302, Automatic. I will be in the near future rebuilding or replacing. I want a good reliable very strong motor but would like to travel 500+ miles if I want to. So can I rebuild my 71’ and add a 5 or 6 speed auto. Or do I buy a newer setup and rebuild. I want about 400 hp and torque available. Any good ideas, smaller type budget build. Would fuel injection be a good idea?
