my mk 3 ford mondeo handles

Unhappy my mk 3 ford mondeo handles

hi all,i am buying a mk 3 modeo that has black door handles and i want either chrome or black with chrome or the chrome covers.does anyone have any for sale or knows where i can ge some as i have tried everywhere and cant find any for a mondeo.thanks

There used to be shops that will do chrome plating for your stuff ... dunno if they're still around, but it's worth trying.

It's interesting to hear you refer to this as a Mondeo, as Ford of North America never sold that brand here. It was the Ford Contour and Mercury Mystique. Here in the states, they never sold well and were plauged with many, many quality problems. It could help if you could get a hold of someone that could order European parts if this is a Mondeo.
Of course, I've had my phonecalls over the year from some poor guy in England that overhauling an AXODE or AX4S transmision and can't get parts over there for our cars here (true story).

Mark, maybe our friend here lives in Europe ... I was born and raised there, so I didn't even blink when I heard about Ford Mondeo. They were pretty successful in Europe back in their days, at some point I remember they were declared the car of the year 199x ...
