I'm a new member to this site. Hoping the Forum can help me regarding updating maps. I see, for a fee, there's a Ford site to download updates to a USB that can then be used to install the updates. My questions:

1) I see some comments on another thread that problems have been experienced. Has anyone tried an update and if so, was it successful or were there errors ?

2) Anyone know if the download is an update to existing map version or a complete reinstall ? I ask as I have two Ford vehicles needing map updates and the fee would feel better if it updated both of them.
