Picked up a 2012 Ford Edge for my wife a week ago. It has a V6, sync, mytouch, reverse camera/sensor, voice control, etc.. all the high-tech options my wife wanted. She traded her 2010 Chevy Equinox for it. She couldn't be happier! Chevy Equinox has been giving us problems since the day one. It rattled inside and outside, burned a lot of oil. The Chevy dealership couldn't fix or identify any of these problems. My wife says everything in the universe has been restored to normal now that she has a blue oval on her steering wheel instead of the bowtie. My wife used to drive a Ford Focus during her highschool/college years and loved her first car. My father in-law is a Ford guy and drive a 2012 Ford F150 platinum. What a Truck!! This is my first Ford. I used to drive my wife's focus when she had it. I thought it was a well made little car. I've always been a euro/japanese car guy, but Ford has changed my views on Domestics. I was absolutely disappointed by GM/Chevy and vowed to never own another one. I currently drive a German, but I'm considering a 2012/13 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. I always rent Mustang convertible when I go a vacation and enjoy driving it. Anyways, it feels good to own and be part of the Ford family. You all have a great day!
