Default New member looking for advice

Hi everyone, I have a question I hope one of you can help me with. Can anyone direct me to a website etc. where I can find factory colors for a 1955 Fairlane? What I am looking for is a "light powder blue" color. The whole story is My inlaws will celebrate their 50th wedding aniversery in June and the 9 kids in my wife's family are restoring a 1955 Fairlane 4 door as a surprise present for them. The car we are restoring is not the one they bought back then but as close as we could find. It was the only car they ever bought brand new. The car was all white when they found it according to my father in law. As part of the deal he told the dealer he wanted it to be 2-tone blue and white so they took it in the body shop and painted it for him. According to him it was a "factory color" He has been known to exagerate a bit but my mother in law aggreed with him so it must be right! Anyway any help you guys could give me I would appreciate.
Thanks, 73mach1

Welcome to the site. I unfortunatley wouldn't know where to go. Have you tried a reputable body paint shop? They might be able to find it. or match what you are looking for.
