New user needs help
Hello, I'm not sure where to post this, maybe I need to move it somewhere else?
I have a '93 302ho motor, the bottom end is stock with good compression, gt40p heads, 1.7 rollers, msd dist./box. I am cuttently running an edelbrock performer intake/600 carb. I'm considering trading out for a stock fuel injection set up off of an '87 mustang.. will this work? can I use my msd distributor? I am really just looking for a reliable motor with decent fuel economy.. I would be trading my intake/carb and K&N Xtreme filter for the complete set up (including stock distributor) from this Mustang.. is this a fair trade and a good idea? Any input would be very much appreciated. I hear differant opinions on whether a 600 is too much carb for this set up or not... I'm wondering if I might gain more power off the line with the fuel injection? Thank you in advance for your input
It's a '71 Torino 4 speed btw..
