A little Intro about me and why I am here.

My name is Casey, I'm an Internet Sales Manager at Blue Springs Ford. I'm new to the Ford Lineup and believe I will learn more from actual Ford Owners than in training books. Being a Ford Employee, I do have access to some tools so I hope to also be able to contribute and answer questions from time to time as well. So please, ask away if you would like to know anything else about me and I look forward to getting to know more of the Forum.

Believe it or not , this is one of the best moves anyone from Ford,Sales, parts info etc.,could make because there are a lot of folks here with serious problems .Even if you can't alter Ford's policies, the fact that you have the guts and interest to help Ford customers, who by the way are some of the most dedicated people you will find is to be commended. I personally want to thank you for offering and it is one of the best PR moves anyone in the Ford system could make.
You are going to need to exercise some real patience, but this is what separates an excellent sales rep from a mediocre one. Glad to have your help, Thanks again.
