Default No heat or pressure. 01 f150 5.4l

Hey all, I'm having problems with my f150 not getting heat also has a rough idle when cold. I have replaced heater core, thermostat, water pump, fan clutch, flushed the whole system and I still have nothing. Could it be a leak in my intake? Please I need help its cold up in mn.

Is the engine getting up to operating temp?

Do both heater hoses get HOT ?

Do you know if you got all the air out of the system because if the coolant can't circulate through the heater core >>>>>>> no heat !
Is this why you replaced all the parts?

Ok so the heat stopped so i flushed the heater core that didnt work! so i replaced it burped it the heat worked, then it got colder out and started losing heat again, then it just stopped working. Then went and replaced everything since its all Original parts. got it up to temp got it burped heat worked great took it for a drive then lost it again. the heater hoses are hot the top radiator hose is hot but not the bottom. I have tried almost everything I can think of but replace the radiator itself. so im stummped

I realize the horse is out of the stable,
was the water pump the exact same as the one you removed?

It does sound like the thermostat is staying stuck open, can we ask where you purchased the thermostat, why,,,,,,,,,,,, lots of imported stuff out there is defective right out of the box..
The right way to bleed the air out of the heater core is to loosen the upper hose so you can remove it enough to let any trapped air out when the engine is IDLING.
That way you are sure all the air gets pushed out. Just don't do this when the coolant is hot because you could get hit with some hot coolant.

Yes the pump was the same. Both new thermostats I purchased worked boiled them to make sure. Everyone says the blend door and/or actuator but tested that and it's working as should.

Any update on what the issue seemed to be? Having the same issue on an 01 F350. Temps are dropping quick here.
