Can someone please help me identify this hose on my 2004 Ford Explorer XLT, 4.0L. It needs to be replaced but I don’t what it’s called.

If it goes to the brake booster, it has no definite name, just the inside diameter and where it goes is all you need . Why does it need to be replaced?

If it goes to the PCV valve , same . It should be fuel line specific due to vapors it handles. Just about all auto supply stores will carry rolls of it.

If you go to any auto supply store, Autozone, Oreillys,Advance Auto, NAPA , they just about all carry assorted size hose , just make sure you purchase "Fuel Line" specific hose and you probably could replace it right there , conditions permitting.
