My Ford Taurus 97 GL has a radiator expansion tank, after driving the car 15 minutes the overflow tank begins to spray out antifreeze through its expansion type cap. The H/C meter in the car never reaches past halfway. When enough water is lost I loose heat and have to fill the tank again. The hose behind the tank to engine is extremely hot and the hose in front of tank to radiator is just warm. Any ideas what this could be? I just had ps pump and ac compressor replaced. No other visible leaks under the car.

Any way has anybody realised that the Fiesta's locking system is flawed, if you deadlock my wifes fiesta with the spare maual key you can only unlock it with the remote! So what happens if she dead locks with the remote and loses the key we'll be stuck. Why the hell does it let you dead lock maually but not unlock it? Crappy fords!

Not positive on your particular vehicle because you did not provide the year, but things like this can be altered with a quality scan tool. You could try a local locksmith, local equipped shop or a dealer and they might be able to correct this for you.

 

Sephi...Just out of curiosity and a shot in the dark as I've seen it before, have you verified that the water pump is turning the correct rotational direction? If it's not, the engine will overheat and cause the symptom you have.
