Im from Evansville, In and Have a 2001 e-350 Ford super duty work Truck that Im having a problem with and have spent a day googling trying to find out whats wrong, So I hope you don't mind that I introduce My self and ask a question at the same time
156,000 miles, just bought the truck a year ago and now when I start it up and back out of the driveway and put it in gear it starts to take off and then it acts like the transmission shifts into neutral and the engine revs up, Take your foot off the gas peddle and it shifts back into drive and the no other problems until you stop and it will do it again.


The fluid is full and bright red and no signs of burned smell, Going to drop the pan tomorrow and see if the are metal pieces in it, No transmission shop will give Me any ideas they just want to slap a rebuilt in it
