Spark plug removal

I have a triton 5.4 3v engine and I have change all the plugs but the very back passenger's side. First 3 went like clock work but the last one will not allow the socket to seat on the plug, the first 3 you could hear the click and then feel the seating but not the last one. What can I do?

Take a flashlight and mirror and look for something in there that could be preventing the socket from going all the way down.

Don't know if you are using a "spark plug socket" or just deep socket/. Which one ?
