strange exhaust hanger

strange exhaust hanger
I have a 2001 f-150 XL. A exhaust hanger came loose from somewhere, can,t find where It goes , has a long piece of flat stock steel with a pipe clamp on it and a cylinder weight attached to the flat stock.Any help would be great, Thanks
