T-bird problems
Can any one please tell me how to open the hood on a 94 T-Bird LX. The latch under the hood broke, making it impossable for me to pop the hood. I need an oil change. Help me please. Contact me @ valentineama@yahool.com

If you have a cable that the handle has broke off then you can take a pair of wire cutters and trim back some of the outside sleeve of the cable under the dash and then use a pair of pliers to pull on the cable to release the latch. Be careful not to cut the cable on the inside when you’re trimming back the sleeve on the outside. Replacement cables are not expensive and are easy to replace. Or you can just keep pulling on the bared cable under your dash.
