Transmission issues
Replaced a transmission in a 99 f150 put all new sensors in transmission just to have new ones in it. While putting the transmission in the converter turned and didn't line up with flex plate. Didn't know at the time but the transmission went together real easy. Did not know it had pinched the torque converter till I went to put the bolts in. The motor and transmission did turn with the flex plate when turning the motorven though the torque converter wasn't in the flex plate they both turned toghter.. was kinda hard to turn but still turned.
. I backed off on the bell housing bolts and turned it about 1/8 inch and it popped into the holes. Filled it up with fluid let ut warm up and no gears at all. But I'm getting the erodes P043 P055 AND P0750. Could i have messed up the front pump and causing these codes.

Two of the codes are not trans related.
The P0750 suggests a possible electrical problem with one of the shift solenoids.
The wise thing to do is , carefully recheck all your work. Sometimes wires get in the way and get pinched or disconnected when assembling.
The 403 code relates to the EGR system.
The 055 code relates to the emission system , possibly a loose gas cap.
Can we ask what was the original problem that led to trans removal ?

. The sound is coming from the torque converter area possibly further in the transmission but that's where the sounds coming from. So I belive I have hurt something in the the transmission.
