Truck running rough

I took my truck 5.4 f-150 to the mechanic and he said my #5 coil was bad. I went to parts store and bought new coil. Placed it on and truck still runs rough. Any other ideas????

Get a scan done on yourtruck and it will tell you if that plug is still missing. You can have this done free at Autozone.
