I need to replace the water pump on my 97 taurus 3.0 gl./ I Just want to make sure that there are no hidden surprises. Can anyone help me in describing the some of the things to look for, or things I need to know , anddo to make this job and easier.
Iam pretty machanically inclined, but I never touched a taurus and I understand the job could be a bear..
Any help would be appreciatedthanks

P.S. ashop in town wants $450.00 (labor) to do this...I don't think so!.
