How soon can I wax my new 2013 Ford Edge (Ruby Red color).
It was recommended at the dealership that I wait 6 months.

My feeling is to do it much sooner....like now. Any advise on a good wax for this new car. It's stored outdoors and I would like the added protection of a good wax job.

If the dealer did not do a paint protection package, you can wax anytime you want. ax brands are like anything else. Some people like some brands and others hate the same brand. I have had really good service from Mothers and have heard others say good things. It boils down to your choice. Ask a local detailer what they use.
