Default Newbie to this Forum

Hello;
My name is Doug from Southwest WI. I have 3 Ford E-150 Vans I use to transport disabled people to medical appointments. The 3 vans have a combined total 1,080,000.0 miles all with original engines and transmissions. My family has owned countless Fords through the years including 1928 Ford Model A Business coupe and 1936 Ford 1 1/2 ton stake bed which are both proudly still on the road today.

Default 1936 Ford Stake Bed "Chauncey Ford"

I will try to get a photo of "Chauncey Ford" ( use your best Robin Leach Life styles of the Rich and Famous voice when pronouncing Chauncey). Never really understand how to use these sites for attachments. If I am successful the picture should be with my #2 Son Josh aka: Schmedley ( Josh really hates that nick name lol.)
The Ford is so clean that the battery box tray under the floor pans has just two small pin holes. Chauncey has a 100? HP updated flat head V8 with the AB heads.

Default Hi, I'm new....

Hi, I'm glad to have found this forum.
Our 2010 Ford Escape XLT is close to a year old now and we love it.
I live in Southern California and I'm looking forward to read and exchange ideas about Ford Escape.

I'm Jack live in NC have a 2002 7.3 Excursion SOF 4x4 Love the truck but can't get hubs to engage so I joined this forum hoping to find answers. The Excursion is my favorite vehicle, it has 149,000 miles ( just gettin' broken in ). I bought in 2002 and have Gale Banks performance additions. It's got ***** and gets outstanding fuel economy, 26 to 28 mpg's highway and 19 to 20 around town. Also have 97 Hendricks anniversary addition Camaro number 55 of 61 built. A 1948 Cadillac factory limousine (only 75 made), a 1928 Ford Woody pickup replica, a 1953 Corvette, a 1975 Corvette convt. a 2002 Ford E350, a 1984 class C Ford camper and a 2002 Chev. Avalanche 4x4 oh! I forgot a couple The 1993 Mazda pickup with a diesel engine you say nay! nay! they don't make diesels, well I have one it's a Kabota engine 4 cyl. Hydrogen hybrid gets about 60 mpg and last but not least a 2009 Honda Accord.

Amanda, thanks.

I have a Chinook with a 460, fuel injected I think, 1988 model. The unit starts and runs as long as you pump the pedal. Engine light comes on. When you quit pumping it dies, otherwise seems to run perfectly. Starts right back up as long as you pump.
