Default Wheel offset help

I have a 2017 Ford F-250 gasoline 4 door. I am installing a levelling kit in the truck and want to put a set of wheels and tires on it.

For wheels, I plan to put 22x10 Fuel Assaults. The problem is, I don't know what offset I should order. I screwed up in the past with my old truck and ordered wheels that stuck out really far, and I want to avoid that this time around. I would like to stick with the 10" wide wheels, but I don't want them to stick out far.

For tires, I'd like to go as big as possible. I know 35's are an option but how much bigger do you think I could get on this truck without them rubbing when I turn?
Also, what would the exact size of the tires be to fit my 22x10 wheels?

I'm asking on here so I can purchase this all on my own, instead of going thru a dealer and getting hosed on price.

Any input helps! Thanks guys.
