2004 f150 lights turning on but won't turn over
So I did a little experiment with a new light bar to make sure it worked and my writing was correct, was sure not to pos/neg wires in wrong spots, and an hour later when I want to start the truck my lights and everything turned on but the truck didn't even turn over. Brand new starter out in a month ago. Odometer screen says check gauges, can't figure this one out.

Need to know just where did you connect the light bar wires. When unexplained things take place with loss of power it is always a good move to check the fuses. Sometimes in the process of connecting things the fuse went into the wrong slot or a brief misconnection can blow an unrelated fuse. If all that checks out then you need to confirm that you have power going to the starter solenoid when the key is turned to the start position. This is usually easily confirmed with a test lite. If you have power getting to the starter solenoid, give the starter a rap with a hammer then try to start it. Sometimes a brush in the starter will hang up and not make contact.

I connected the light bar directly to the battery. I checked my fuses assuming one blew but couldn't find any that were blown, when I try to start it I can hear a relay in the fuse box click once. I'll give the solenoid connections a try!
