I'm researching options and would appreciate advice from experienced members regarding emissions modifications for diesel trucks. Specifically, I'm trying to understand how a complete diesel delete kit is typically used and what components are included in such setups.

I'm also concerned about potential legal implications, reliability, and long-term engine effects if any modifications are done. Are there common drawbacks, or better compliant alternatives, that enthusiasts usually recommend instead?
