Default 2.5L V6 no start

Working On A 2000 Cougar 2.5L, Already Checked For fuel And Spark Has Both. Checked For Vacuum Leaks Found Line From Throttle Body To Intake Broken Has Been Repaired. Checked Both Crank And Cam Sensors For Resistance both Were Just Above 300Amps, Believe The Spec Is Between 200 And 500 Ohms Is Good. Thought AntiTheft System Was Acting Up So Disconnected Batt To Reset Computer. No Codes Where Present Prior To This.. Out Of Ideas..

If it is any comfort, the functionality of the vehicle's security system is contained in the PCM. If it isn't functioning correctly it would disable the starter and fuel. Since you state you have both, it would eliminate the security system.
Could you maybe supply a little more info like when the engine last ran and what symptoms showed up before it finally refused to start?

According To The Tsb I Had Read there Was A Problem With The Wiper Motor Interfering With The Anti Theft System Causing A Crank But No Start Issue With This Particular Vehicle. Which Was The Reason For Resetting The Computer. Prior To The event No symptoms Where Present Car Ran And Started Fine. As Far As weather dry And 40 Degrees Hope This Helps

I'm not aware of the TSB you mention, but with electronics it's not hard to understand the wiper system causing what would be considered body control problems via the GEM module. What is confusing is if you have spark and fuel the only other two things I can think of at the moment would be air (intake system) and/or a timing fault which could involve a cam sensor/crank sensor RELATIONSHIP. if the cam sensor is not properly synchronized with the crank sensor injection timing will be incorrect and result in a no start condition.

That's bizarre...trying disconnecting the battery to reset it...maybe that'll fix it?
