Default 2006 Ford Freestar Limited

I am looking for the cowl retainers for my 2006 Ford Freestar and the driver side sliding door trim panel
The Ford Part#s are
Trim: 6F2Z-1725557-AB (has a chrome inlay)
XF2Z-1602316-BB (Retainer Location: Passenger Side)
XF2Z-1602317-AA (Retainer Location: Driver Side)
W713088-S300 (small retainers between the passenger side and driver side, there are 5 of these)

Due to the age of the vehicle, Dealership parts departments might be able to tell you what year vehicles use those same parts.
You could also try some salvage yards .

These would be considered "Specialty parts"., but you never know what parts suppliers might have them hanging in the back someplace.
You need to actually go there to see what they have. A last resort might be a salvage yard, where you could take what you need.

Thank you for your response
I have widened my search to include scrap/junk yards and called a few dealers.
Trim: 6F2Z-1725557-AB --> this one is a struggle, even if it's a different color, can get it repainted

XF2Z-1602316-BB (Retainer Location: Passenger Side) ---> Found this
XF2Z-1602317-AA (Retainer Location: Driver Side) - -> This one is worse than a needle in a haystack!!
W713088-S300 (small retainers between the passenger side and driver side, there are 5 of these) --> Found a similar one, will have to check fitment

Thank you, I appreciate it.
I called Ford Customer Service, and they directed me to Vintage Parts (as I was informed, they work with them for obsolete parts)
I was able to get one of the parts through them
XF2Z-1602317-AA is still a struggle... can't find any - trying salvage yards
