D all the other speakers work correctly?
Does this speaker also output songs from the radio or is this the only noise it makes?
Does this speaker do this when the radio is off or on or always?
If it happens when the radio is on does increasing the volume make the whining noise louder or does it stay constant?
Do you have an aftermarket radio/speakers/other electrical add ons?
Have you had any work done especially in the dash?

happens no matter what setting of the radio. On off volume up volume down. Just got the truck so I’m not sure but I’m guessing they’re aftermarket. The loudness is constant but the pitch goes up and down with the accelerating. Don’t think any dash work has been done. But like I said I just bought it so not 100% sure

I was thinking that maybe a wire between something engine related and that speaker had got smashed together and you had a short from that.
Is it a stock radio? It'll be pretty obvious if its aftermarket radio.
Check under the dash for any extra wires for aftermarket stuff or just bad electrical work.
Check under the hood for the same.
If your not sure if the radio is stock or not you can post a picture and we can tell you.
