94 3/4 ton
Noticed today while stopped at a store that fluid was pouring from transmission area, hurried and got home. When I got home checked dipstick and not fluid, I assume it is the front seal. Any idea on cost to have this repaired, how much fluid to put to drive it to the shop and what kind of fluid to put in. Thanks.

Welcome to the site..
Mercon V is the fluid.. Leaking out from the bell housing area?
Usually after they bleed out a few quarts or so, they can't pick up fluid at the filter and then becomes a problem.
Price is going to be dependent on your shop rate, 2x or 4x4. And/or if they only do the front seal. Especially on higher mileage units and a 'questionable' leak point is to insure the best possible repair by pulling front pump, and replace the pump/case gasket, pump seal o-ring as well as the converter/front seal.. Sometimes if the pump/converter hub bushings are worn and not checked, it will fail a new converter seal quicker..
Since it running out, just do a static fill with the engine off checking the stick and fill to the max level, a little over won't hurt anything. Depending on how fast its leaking (maybe a safety issue for others on the road and you could be liable) and how far your traveling, bring extra along with a funnel.. If the leak is severe, again, liability comes into play..

I just bought the truck today. OK, this is what I have done to get by for now, I put a bottle of Trans-X and 3 quarts of fluid, it is a little over but my leak has all but stopped. Now I have a problem with high idle only after I press on the accelerator. When I kill truck and restart all is good until I press on the pedal. I hope I did not invest in a pile of junk.
