Transmission mot moving forward

Default Transmission mot moving forward
Installed transmission in F350 4x4 king ranch 2008 . It will go reverse but not forward. Any ideas appreciated. Had in shop 7 mos.

What shop and what did they tell you?
They had access to the vehicle and we don't , so must rely on info they found.
