Dead or Alive???
Hi ALL
It's funny how you can get on a forum only to find that the last
posting was years old, or even decades now..
Anyway I was just reading a posting about "vintage" Ford guys
in SoCal, and there were no reply's, dated 2012...
got to be some Ford guys with older cars on here!
I live in Torrance, for the time being, I can see it's time to move out of
Communist California soon.. (Tax milage)!!!!!!!!
I've belong to a few car clubs and they always seem to fall apart as
the group ages, and they still own there favorite rides...
There is a group not a club that meets at the Seaside Grill in Seal Beach
every Sunday.. No dues, meetings, or any type of "club" rules, just
guys and gals parking, talking then getting down the road..
So if you in the area of Seal Beach and want to meet up with a car
crowd stop by.. they start showing up at around 9AM...
Best

Wish it was closer to me..
I live in Northern CA, up in the mountains and although there's quite a few car clubs, bike groups that pass through (awesome roads and scenic views) and the occasional holiday car show, no where to really just 'chew the fat' with local enthusiasts. And, there's actually quite a few pieces of old iron in my area.
Had my old 72 Dart at Kool April Nights for the day this year, but would be nice to have a place to just smoke and joke, kick some tires ! There's was a really nice 63 Galaxy barn find up here for sale, really complete ready for some love'n. Stopped and looked at it, thought too long, and was sold/gone next time by.. 😤

Hi, thanks for the reply
Maybe just find a spot and post some notes around town
people might just stop by.. For SoCal there is a website that
posts all the events or most of them..
Barn finds... tell me.. all my life, but today people think a "real rust"
bucket is worth thousands... way more then it's real value.. Well
that's what happens when these "car shows" hit TV...
