I have a 2003 Windstar and have an intermitten problem with the running lights not shutting off. I have been able to restart it and mess with the switch to get them to shut off until tonight. Now I have to disconnect the battery, when the battery was reconnected the lights stayed off. Could this be a relay? If so where would it be located?

 

The problem wound up being a bad light switch. It woulnd up draining the battery over night when I thought I had the lights off and had to have it towed to a dealer.
