I have a 95 Windstar with 195,000 miles that I use as an extra vehicle. Up till now it has been running great. It started idling around 2000 rpm and will not go down. Is there a sensor or something somewhere that controls the idle??? [/align]

 

Try pulling the Idle air control and testing it. A chilton manual will give you the resistance specs.
