Default 99 Windstar: Daytime running light and low beam not working on drivers side only

I have a 1999 Windstar that the daytime running light and low beam does not work on drivers side only.High beam works perfect. If there is a part I should check please let me know where to find it.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The DRL's use the Low Beam function of the headlight/filament on a pulsed voltage for a lower output.. It's most likely just a burnt low beam..

As a first step, check the headlight fuse in the battery junction box (15amp) Here's a pic of the location..
