The radio in my 2000 windstar seems to be stuck in the earphone mode(only front drivers speaker working up to half volume). Nothing is stuck in the ear phone jacks,I unplugged the rear controls and even pulled the fuse trying to reset to unit. Is the radio bad or am I missing something. I even tried the 3 and 5 buttons that turn on and off the ear phone icon. Nothing seems to be working any ideas to fix this stock unit?

 

check the "FADE" button....

 

"fade" button? I dont see one. I recently took the radio out and unplugged it and still the same.If you hold the 3 and 5 buttons together it turns on the head phone icon, but on or off makes no difference.
