Key Fob And Sliding Door Doesn't Work With One Another.....

I have 2003 Ford Windstar Limited. I just brought it and it didn't come with the Key Fobs, brought some online, and programmed them. I'm having issues with the Driver Side Door.......The Driver side sliding door doesn't open with the Remote, only open passenger door with both buttons on the sliding door buttons on remote. I have to either pull the handle or buttons inside the vehicle to open the door.

Any idea/suggestions, why is this happening?

Is there anyway I can reprogram the doors to work with the Keyless entry?
