Speedometer - O/D OFF light

Speedometer - O/D OFF light
I need your help, this is a 2002 Ford Windstar V6,
Speedometer and Odometer are not working and the O/D Off light in blinking...There's a code U1262SCP (J1850).
Speed Sensor is fine, Instrument cluster is fine.
Any idea / what to do?
