Wipers won't turn off

Default Wipers won't turn off
I just had a wire corrode away and evidently short something out in the wiper circuit. My wipers won't turn off now. I've pulled the CB for now but that's not a final solution. Any thoughts, switch, motor, something else?

Any input appreciated before I have to just start randomly trying things.
